Gavin Knight – Principal and Founder

Gavin is an experienced privacy professional and licensed private investigator with over 20 years in leadership roles in New Zealand Police, the public health sector and supporting various smaller private sector organisations to:
- develop and operate organisational performance frameworks
- manage data, privacy and information security
- undertake workplace investigations
Gavin’s PhD focused on organisational performance, his MSc is in statistics and his BE(hons) in electrical and electronics engineering. His privacy certifications cover all three major privacy disciplines: management (CIPM), technology (CIPT), and legal requirements (CIPP/E) specialising in the European General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR. He is an experienced privacy officer, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and telecommunications engineer. In 2023 the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) recognised his experience and achievements by awarding him the status of Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
Graeme Dickinson – Senior Workplace Consultant

Graeme is a senior workplace professional with over 30 years experience helping numerous organisations across both the public and private sectors. To name a few, he has worked with Ministry of Education, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, and Registered Master Builders Association, as well as various construction and engineering firms. Graeme’s superpower is employment relations – mediation, personal grievances, employment arrangements and workplace problems. He can help ensure your organisation meets its workplace obligations and, when something goes wrong, deal effectively with the problem.
Graeme holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations (DipIndRel) from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Fellow of Human Resources New Zealand (CFHRNZ).
Robert Feasey – Senior Health and Safety Consultant

Robert is our specialist Health and Safety consultant and is also certified in Quality (CQM) and Risk Management (CertIRM). He has worked in senior roles across a range of industries where workplace safety is of critical importance, including manufacturing, food production, construction, aviation and energy sectors. Robert is a Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) and SafePlus Assessor, and is a HASNZ registered Health and Safety Advisor.
As a certified professional member of New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (CertProf NZISM) and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), Robert has led the development and implementation of safety management systems that have driven significant cultural and operational shifts.
Robert holds a MBA, a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (DipOSH) and a Post-graduate diploma in leadership (PGDip).
Lliam Munro – Senior Business and Risk Consultant

Lliam is an innovative thinker with a background in risk management, strategy & planning and business intelligence. After 15 years in public sector roles, Lliam moved to consulting. This provided greater freedom to share his skills more widely and in more innovative ways.
One of Lliam’s superpowers is his ability to leverage customers’ existing Microsoft 365 licences to create and automate internal workflows, registers, alerts and reporting, all without requiring the purchase of any additional software. By leveraging the work Lliam has already put into develop such applications for others, GoPrivate’s customers can avoid unnecessary expense.
Lliam has a degree in Political Science and post-graduate certificates in Executive Management and Strategic Studies.
Lucinda Campbell – Student Support Officer

Who better able to provide support to Goprivate students than a successful student? Lucinda provides support to GoPrivate clients undergoing training either in person or through our on-line Learning Management System. She is also currently completing her law degree at Victoria University of Wellington.

Isaac Wilson – Technical Services Officer

With a background in software engineering and cyber security, Isaac is responsible for the GoPrivate website, Learning Management System and videos.
